Checklist how to submit your EURAM 2005 paper

UPDATE: The paper submission system closes on 2 March 2005, noon (GMT). No more uploads are possible through this channel.* This was also the last deadline for authors who just submitted an abstract without full paper to upload their paper.

After this date, it is up to the individual track chairs to accept late papers and assign them for review or to reject them straight away. In case you still want to submit a paper, please make any arrangements directly with the chairs of your track and send them your paper directly via e-mail. In case your paper is accepted by the track chairs after their own review process, the conference organizers will take care that your paper is placed into the program and the proceedings if we get all information in time.

* Registration, management of reviews, profile update etc. are of course still possible until the beginning of the conference!

  1. Prepare your manuscript according to the styleguide. Please ensure that no authors names are given on the first page of the manuscript and that author names have been taken out of the 'File' 'Properties' screen in Word. You may submit your paper as Word file or PDF file (preferred).

  2. The last day for paper submissions is February 15th 2005.

  3. Register at the EURAM 2005 conference management system. Provide all your contact data. The person submitting the paper will become the contact person for track chairs and reviewers. Note: Registration in the conference management system does not mean that you have registered to the conference. You have to do this later in a second step.

  4. Go to paper submission and select (only) one appropriate track. If your topic is not covered by any of the EURAM 2005 tracks, submit it to the "General track - Other topics".

  5. Every paper can be submitted to one track only. However, authors can submit several different papers to different tracks.

  6. To submit your paper, have an abstract of your paper ready of not more than 1000 characters (ca. 150 words)to copy/paste it in the submission system, and up to five key words.

  7. Also, have your to have the author information ready in the following format: Author 1, Affiliation; Author2, Affiliation; etc. (Example: Peter Miller, TUM Business School; Marry Schmitt, Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität). This information will appear in this form in the conference program.

  8. Track chairs will select the submitting author as contact person regarding the paper. You can additionally provide e-mail addresses of other authors who shall get information about the paper's status as well.

  9. If you have finished the steps before, go to the paper submission system:
